This piece represents Kirisia, which translates to common thought. Kirisia represents the universal connection between ancestral peoples as they all share commonalities in their interactions and relations to people and planet. However, Kirisia, could also be interpreted as the universal language of humanity, where love, respect and mutual support are considered the building blocks of harmonious human relationships.

The colors have specific meanings to the Emberā-Chamí people. Black, chipār, symbolizes wisdom and protection. Chïtör, white or silver, symbolize peace, light and purity.
